To make a jumping frog out of paper you will need a square piece of colored or white paper. If you have a standard rectangular piece of paper, fold it diagonally and cut off the excess.

The resulting square should be folded in half also diagonally on one side at once.

And then the other side.

Next, the square should be unfolded and folded in half as in the photo.

Along the previously obtained curves, wrap the corners on the left side into the middle.

And the same on the right side. We will have a triangle with the corners wrapped in the middle.

Then we wrap upwards exactly centered on the right corner.

And likewise the left corner.

In the resulting square, we also center the corners on the left side of the square exactly inward.

And on the right.

The resulting corners we open to the right and left sides.

Turn our piece over.

Fold the corners on the right side exactly in the center

And exactly the same on the left side.

Next, the legs (these will be the hind legs) should be bent in half. The bend should be made not inward, but to the outside, to the right.

And to the left.

Next, we fold the blank just below the middle and press down well.

Then we make one more bend (lower from the previous one by one cm), so that our toad can jump.

This is what it will look like from the bottom.

Our toad is ready

If desired, you can draw or glue on eyes. It will be more interesting for children to play with such a paper frog toy.
