A bookmark for a book - a cheerful acorn

On the pages of this interesting site, we have already shown you quite a few bright models of bookmarks, made with their own hands. But you can, of course, long to expand this list, because children's imagination is inexhaustible. Bookmarks should be a lot of each child, especially if he is going to go to school. Therefore, it is useful to often sit down for a creative experiment and create another masterpiece with their own hands. The shapes of products are absolutely different.
This lesson shows an unusual model of a bookmark, which is an acorn, or rather an acorn and an oak leaf, joined together. You can time such a creative master class to the holiday of autumn, to the Day of Knowledge or to another event that takes place in the fall, because it is at this time nature gives us different materials, we use them for children's art. But here we have to work on independently creating an acorn and an oak leaf from paper, as well as assembling the individual parts into a small bookmark.
To create the craft, prepare:
- a set of cardboard;
- a set of colored paper;
- scissors;
- pencil;
- glue;
- black marker.
How to make a bookmark in the form of an acorn with your own hands

1. Prepare the necessary materials for work. The bookmark should be dense, so you need cardboard. Since you need to make a colorful model, you need paper. It is easier to work with paper, and you can simply glue the resulting design on cardboard.

2. Cut out the main blanks from paper and cardboard. This will be an oak leaf of green color, but you can also make it yellow. What shape it is, everyone knows. Also, the second part of the craft is the head of the bookmark, that is, an acorn in a hat. Cut out the acorn itself from beige paper, and the cap for it - from brown paper.

3. Draw some elements with a marker: veins on the oak leaf, a grid on the cap, we must show that the cap is rough, and also the acorn will look at us and smile. You can draw its eyes and mouth with a marker too.

4. Glue the hat to the head.

5. Then glue the head with the leaf. The result is an oblong model, which will be an excellent bookmark for a book or diary.

6. Now we need to make the resulting construction more rigid, and also to get a more reliable bookmark. You can glue the acorn with a leaf on white cardboard and cut neatly along the edge with scissors. It is desirable to leave a small white gap (about 2 mm) on all sides to make the design more interesting.

7. Our interesting fall craft in the form of an acorn from paper is ready. You can use it or give it to someone as a gift.
