Parrot from colored paper

In this master class you will learn about how to make with your own hands a parrot from colored paper.

Parrot is a cheerful and colorful bird that can cheer up any person. In addition to his cheerful disposition, he is intelligent and artistic. He also has an excellent memory, thanks to which he can learn many new words, expressions, phrases and even poems.

Materials needed:

[INDENT]- Peach, yellow, red, blue, green and black half-cardboard;
- stationery glue;
- scissors;
- ruler;
- a simple pencil;
- gray gel pen;
- black marker[/INDENT]

Stages of making a parrot:

1. The main color of our parrot's body will be red. Take a double-sided half-cardboard or paper of this color and measure 13 cm horizontally and 10 cm vertically.

2. Cut out the rectangle along the marked lines.

3. Roll it into a tube and glue the edges together.

4. Now we make the head. Cut out an oval from red double-sided half-cardboard.

5. From peach double-sided half-cardboard cut out eyes in the form of small half-ovals.

6. Draw pupils on them with a black marker.

7. Glue the finished eyes on the parrot's face.

8. On yellow paper draw two parts of the beak. Carefully cut out with scissors.

9. Glue the small piece on the face first, then the larger one.

10. Cut out a chub from black double-sided half-cardboard.

11. Glue it to the back of the oval at the very top.

12. Take a gray gel pen and draw details on his face.

13. Here's the parrot's head ready to go!

14. Now glue it on the torso, namely on the red tube.

15. Cut out the parrot's wings from green double-sided half-cardboard.

16. Glue them on the back.

17. Using a gel pen, add feathers to the parrot's wings.

18. Cut out a pair of paws from yellow double-sided cardboard.

19. Bend them.

20. Glue on the bottom of the tubes.

21. Now cut out a beautiful breast for our parrot from blue double-sided half cardboard.

22. Glue it in the middle of the torso.

23. Now cut out a tail from the same piece of paper.

24. Glue the tail to the back of the torso.

25. Underdraw with gray gel pen on the tail and breast.

And so, our brightly colored paper parrot is ready!
