Postcard with a flower in a pot made of paper and other materials

A card with a pot of flowers is a great gift for mom or another loved one. It is tender and eloquent. The present can be made by children with their own hands, there is nothing difficult in the creative lesson that we will now demonstrate. And if you use not only paper for production, but also other materials that can be bought on sale today, then children will be doubly interested in modeling their gift. What materials can be added to such a handicraft? The most different, such as foamiran, sod, beautiful rhinestones, twigs, and perhaps something else. Of course, flowers are the best gift. The proposed card looks really gentle and modest. Due to the use of not only paper, but also foamiran and other materials, it will turn out volumetric. That's the class - the kids will immediately think.
What is needed to make a card in the format suggested in this lesson:
- yellow cardboard;
- beautiful green paper;
- scissors with straight and curved blades;
- pink and green foamiran;
- brown dermatite under the skin;
- rhinestones in the form of a flower, dragonfly and ordinary half-beads;
- glue.
How to make a beautiful postcard with a flowering pot with your hands

1. Prepare yellow cardboard and green paper as the main background. We propose to combine to create the background, firstly, 2 textures - dense and soft, secondly, 2 colors - yellow and green, thirdly, we will cut differently the edges of the blanks - yellow cardboard will be cut with a straight line, and green will be cut with shaped scissors. And one more highlight of the proposed exhibit is a certain asymmetry, which can be traced in the proposed card. But about everything in order.

2. Prepare a yellow layer for the background, and a green soft sheet. Cut out the green paper as a rectangle with a shaped edge.

3. Glue the green rectangle (it should be smaller) onto the yellow rectangle. But slightly rotate the upper piece relative to the lower one counterclockwise, shifting the corners to make an asymmetrical frame.

4 Now make the blanks for the flower, the stem with leaves and the flowerpot. You will need pink and green foamiran, as well as brown leather dermatine. Use ordinary scissors with a smooth blade for the work. Cut out the bottom part of the pot from the brown sheet, the upper part in the form of a small sausage, in the future they will be glued together. The flower can also be made layered. Cut out at least three pink blanks, gradually reducing their size. Cut out also a thin stem, 2 oblong leaves from green foamine.

5. Glue the main part of the pot - the brown part - at the bottom of the card. Glue the thin stem and 2 green leaves on top. Do not use a regular glue stick, but a more reliable compound.

6. Glue a beautiful voluminous pink flower from all the prepared layers. Arrange the flower layers in staggered order, bend the tips of the petals to get a more lush bud. In the center glue a pink half-bead. Now, due to the crystal, the bud will shine.

7. Attach the flower on the card to the top of the stem.

Now decorate your unique work with something. For this we prepared unusual rhinestones. Glue the flower on the pot itself and fix the dragonfly above the flower. An unusual gift with your own hands from paper and other materials is ready.
