Corrugated paper daffodils

You will need the following materials and tools to create it these flowers:

- crepe or corrugated paper of yellow, white and green colors;
- glue stick;
- small scissors;
- fine floral wire;
- green colored paper.

Step 1

First create the base of the daffodil stem from the wire. The tip of the wire is bent slightly to create a natural stem shape.

Step 2

Use green crepe paper to make the stem frame. Wrap more paper around the fold. Fix the end of the crepe ribbon with glue.

Step 3

After that, create the yellow crown of the daffodil. To do this, take a piece of yellow crepe paper and fold it in half. Stretch the edge of the piece a little, creating voluminous flounces.

Step 4

Apply glue to the edge of the yellow ribbon and then attach it to the tip of the stem. Wrap the paper around and make small folds. Work the bottom of the crown with green crepe paper.

Step 5

To create the main petals, we will need white crepe paper. Cut a strip and fold it in half. Twist in the center and fold in half again. In the center of the petal make a hollow.

We need to make six of these petals in total.

Step 6

When all the petals are ready, start gluing them to the yellow crown. First glue three petals and then the rest.

The end result will be a lush bud like this.

Step 7

Glue green crepe paper to the base of the bud.

Step 8

The leaves of the daffodil will be made of green colored paper. Prepare two strips of green color and cut out these blanks.

Give the leaves a natural shape by tucking them in with scissors.

Step 9

Glue both leaves from the bottom of the stem.

Step 10

Spread the petals and crown of the flower.
