How to make a rose out of crepe paper

Seeing a paper bouquet, sometimes it seems that without a long preparation to do such a thing is impossible, but if you delve into it, it turns out that everything is quite simple - the main thing is to understand the "scheme". Roses from paper, this is one of the first points that should be mastered, deciding to devote yourself to this craft.

To make a small rose out of paper you will need:

1. First, level the bale in height and squash it slightly to make it flat.

2 Measure the height of the future flower on the cloth. It depends on the size of the craft. For making a small rose in this master class, the height of 4.5 centimeters is used.

3. Cut a strip according to the measurements, which in turn is first divided in half and then again in two. As a result, we get 4 strips of equal size. If the rose will be taller than 4.5 centimeters, it is enough to cut it into two parts.

4. To make the flower more voluminous, two strips of paper are taken for one bud.

5. First, take one strip of paper, which must have its edges trimmed. To do this, first bend a small corner, focusing on which you need to carefully bend the paper in small parts along the entire cloth. This is done gradually, in order to get an approximately equal height along the entire length. Do the same with the second strip.

6. As soon as the edges of both strips are ready, one lies on top of the other and together they are rolled into a roll. Do it carefully, so that the processed edge of the inner strip is not completely inside, so you should periodically stop and straighten the future "petals".

7. The finished roll is leveled and carefully twisted at the bottom, then tied with thread in several turns. It is better to choose the color of the thread in the same color scheme with the whole composition.

It is not so difficult to make a rose from paper yourself. Such flowers are ideal for decorating a holiday, or just to lift your spirits. However, the most important thing is that the second, exactly the same bud you will not find anywhere, because in each handmade flower - a piece of the author's soul!
