Racing cars from colored paper are not easy crafts from improvised materials. Having made at least 2-3 pieces your son will be able to get together with his friends and hold a real race. For this game you will need to make a small hole in each car. Attach a string. Tie the other end to a stick. It is important that the thread was the same in all cars and had a good length. The longer it is - the better! The winner in this race will be the one who will be the first to wind all the thread on the stick. And may the most dexterous and the fastest win this game!

Materials needed:
- white, black, orange and green double-sided half-sided cardboard or paper;
- a stapler with staples;
- stationery glue;
- black marker;
- a simple pencil;
- scissors;
- ruler
Stages of making race cars:

1. Cut out 12 x 9 cm rectangles from green and orange double-sided cardboard. If you want to make bigger cars, increase these dimensions to the necessary limit.

2. Roll up the rectangles to make two tubes. The edges should be stapled together with a stapler.

3. Draw an elongated oval in the middle of each tube.

4. Cut it out with scissors. The driver's cabin is ready!

5. Make wheels for the racing cars. Without them they will not be able to drive and participate in competitions! So cut out 4 large circles of black paper and 4 small circles of white paper for each car. In total you will get 16 circles: 8 black and the same number of white.

6. Glue white circles on the middle of black circles.

7. Then one by one take the finished wheel and glue it to the side of the car.

8. Cut out two small circles and rectangles from white double-sided cardboard. Write the numbers of our racing cars on them.

9. Glue the circle with the number to the back of the cab and the rectangle between the wheels.

10. Use a black marker to draw on the cars. You can draw lines, curls or some inscriptions. And now, our colored paper racing cars are ready for their first competition!
