Folding steps

1. The vertically placed bill should be lying in front of you before you begin folding. Lay out the money material in front of you.

2. Now turn the workpiece vertically. Bend at an angle of 45 degrees first one upper corner of the bill. When doing so, be sure to clearly dock the small side of the rectangle with part of the long side.

3. Then repeat the same fold, but with the second corner. At the same time, you will have only a fold from the previous fold. It is needed for further origami operations.

4. Unfold the paper. You will see a cross-shaped fold at the top of the bill. Using this as a guide, fold the top part toward you. Push the top side down, but press the sides inward.

5. Leaving the triangular side in this position, turn the piece vertically again. Now bend the second part of the bill as shown in the photo. Lowering the strip down, clearly docking it with the bottom of the layered triangle.

6. Leaving the paper in the previous position, highlight the crease, then make a fold clearly in the opposite direction. You want the center to reappear as a cross.

7. Now you need to perform the previous folding operation with the second side again. Separate the layered triangle again by folding the upper smaller side of the bill toward you, pressing in the sides of the sides.

8. After the previous folding procedures, you will see that one triangle is layered on top of the other with its wide side. Fold up any excess (protruding) strip. Smooth the fold.

9. Return the folded side down and tuck inside the triangle pocket so it doesn't peek out.

10. In one layered triangle, lift up the sharp corners. Smooth out the folds at a certain angle. In this way, you will begin to form the legs of the little turtle.

11. Bend the second pair of legs in the opposite direction. Make the bends at the same angle so that the whole craft looks harmonious, not one-sided.

12. Turn the other side of the figure over.

13. Curve the two sharp parts of the carapace to round it off while highlighting the head and tail sticking out.
