Paper angel - applique for children from circles

Every child believes in fairy tales and looks forward to the arrival of the wonderful bright holiday of Christmas. And all of us, even adults, are sure that we have our own guardian angels, messengers of God, invisible amulets that accompany us throughout our lives. What do they look like? No one will not say exactly, because no angel no one has ever seen, but everyone clearly knows that they live near us, bring good luck and protect us from all troubles. It is customary to depict angels as tall people in long white clothes or small children, smiling, fair-haired, with a halo above their heads. In this lesson we will talk about children's crafts, so we will fantasize the second option. We propose to make a figure of an angel in the form of an applique of paper circles. Let's consider in detail how to do it. Most often paper is taken as a basis - the simplest and most understandable option, but you can make your own changes.
To create a paper craft angel, prepare:

• paper (not necessarily white, you can use a different shade, but light and colored);
• a circlet;
• scissors - plain and shaped;
• pencil glue;
• silver, black and red pens;
• something to embellish it - a half bead or pearl, a sequin.

[H3]How to make a paper angel with your own hands[/H3]

1. The work proposed here is very simple. You need to make a few paper blanks, folded in a special way, then glue, all that you want to do additionally, to draw. Boldly offer to fulfill your angel toddlers, offering them ready-made templates of circles. Draw on the paper 2 basic circles of equal size. These will be the blanks for the dress and long spreading wings. You can use shaped scissors for these parts, if there are any, or just draw a wave at the end after the circular line, then carefully cut out. One circle can be white, the other delicate purple.

2. Fold one circle in half once. Fold the second circle twice into a quarter circle. The first piece will become the spreading wings of the angel, the second will become the wide dress.

3. Cut out 2 additional circles: yellow and beige. These will be blanks for the head and halo of the man. Glue the 2 main parts: the dress and wings. Glue the head and halo on top. Carefully draw eyes and mouth with black and red pens.

4. Draw silver stripes around the edge of the dress and wings. Glue a sequin and a pearl on the center part (at the junction of the body and head) to decorate the craft.

An interesting angel is ready. This is a light craft for Christmas, made with your own hands.
