Bright paper flower from modules

In the next lesson we will consider the process of modeling a bright flower from individual paper modules. Each module will have to be made in the origami technique, that is, you need to be patient. If you fold the paper in a special way, you will get the same modules. Here is shown a flower with 6 petals, but you can make more, so that it was even more lush. Also choose the color of your choice. Such a flower can be attached to a stick and decorate a flower pot, put it in the center of a card, on a box with a gift, decorate an organizer on the desktop or find absolutely any use for it. In any case, this lesson is a section of origami that will be interesting for children to master.

What you need to prepare for the job:

- scissors;

- a ruler;

- a piece of paper;

- half a bead.

How to fold modules and flower step by step

1. Cut the prepared brightly colored sheet (double-sided paper was used here) into 6 equal squares.

2. Now create a module from each square. Fold the square diagonally. Then unfold and at the resulting line connect the two adjacent sides. Next, in the resulting quadrilateral, lift the free corner up to turn it into a triangle.

3. Hide the corner bent in the previous step inside the module and fold the piece in half so that the gap remains on the outside. Bend the two sharp corners symmetrically.

4. Fold the bent corners in half again so that they become wings. This module with a slit in the middle will become the base of the flower petal.

5. Make all the modules from the prepared squares.

6. Start assembling the flower. The module has wings, in which you will see holes. In it you need to insert the sharp corner of the subsequent part, and so continue.

7. Make the assembly by carefully and securely threading the wing of each design into the hole of the other.

8. Assemble the craft in a circle and make sure it is securely fastened.

9. You can admire it from one side or the other.

10. Lastly, you can decorate the flower with a half bead. Attach it in the center, also choosing the side you like.
