Summer paper applique with tulips

How to make an applique with tulips step by step

1. Take everything you need for your work. The list is given above.

2. On a rectangular piece of white paper, draw a background using watercolor paints. Make three stripes, mentally divide the rectangle into three parts. Paint the top strip with blue and blue, the middle strip with green and the bottom strip with orange. Wait for the paint to dry.
