A craft for the wonderful holiday of Easter can also be turned into a fun math lesson. Start from a very early age, not only to do creative experiments with children, but also to learn with them the wisdom of counting. To count something, first of all, you need to learn the numbers. We propose to master together with children counting from 1 to 10. Since the Easter holiday is coming, then you can perform an Easter developmental application. The result, which you can easily get together with children, is shown in the photo. As you can see, in front of you are small pasochkas, but each of them carries a mathematical semantic load in the form of a number. All children love kulichi, take part in their preparation, with pleasure sprinkle the glaze with colorful sprinkles. It is this powder that can serve us well. As you can see, each bead has its own number, and the top is covered with the appropriate number of sprinkle balls. If you use scotch tape, you can make the tops removable, then it will be possible to solve mathematical examples together with children, which is also very successful.

To make the applique, prepare:

  • white sheet for the base;
  • a set of colored paper;
  • scissors;
  • pencil;
  • glue;
  • clippings of numbers and a magazine;
  • colorful pens or felt-tip pens.

How to make an educational and developmental craft to coincide with Easter

1. Take scissors, a white sheet of paper as a base, also brown paper. From this sheet you can cut out the body of the kulichi, they will look like baked and fragrant. Or orange paper will do.

2. Since we are learning about counting from 1 to 10, we need to prepare 10 cup blanks. Draw the cups on the paper, then cut out the blanks. Each cup is the body of the paski, it will be labeled with a number.

3 Cut out the tops of the Easter eggs from white cardboard. These parts will resemble egg shell halves. Also prepare 10 pieces for further work.

4. Now use a felt-tip pen or pens and start drawing multicolored dots on the white tops. You will need to glue a white piece with one dot on the first bead, a white piece with two dots on the second, and so on.

5. Paint all the prepared tops in this way. Gradually you will reach the number 10. We recommend that you use different colored pens to teach your child not only numbers but also colors at the same time.

6. Now glue the prepared cups onto a white sheet of paper. Let's start making the appliqué. Give each cup a number from 1 to 10. You can draw the numbers with a marker or use ready-made circles.

7. Next, start gluing the tops to the cups. You can use different methods, for example, glue all the pieces in order, or give the child the task of matching the tops to the numbers on the cups.

8. An interesting applique with numbers is ready. At the same time we prepared for the wonderful Easter holiday.
