How to draw a cartoon kitten for a child?

The ability to draw pencil pets is everyone's desire. Let's pay attention today to an adorable kitten named Murzik. Today we will learn how to make such a drawing ourselves. This is an easy and simple lesson and for children and it will be a great activity to join the world of art.

To start work, take a sheet of A4 paper and a simple pencil HB.
Since this is a lesson for beginners, each step will be described in detail.

And we begin the step-by-step drawing of this cute creature:

1. First we draw a rectangle. The vertical lines are the same. The upper horizontal line is smaller, the lower one is longer.

2. In the center of the figure draw a horizontal line on which we draw two small circles.

3. Rub the center line on both sides to the beginning of the circles. In the upper part draw ears. From the beginning of the vertical lines draw small triangles and connect them with a straight line.

4. In the circles put two small dots - eyes. At the bottom between the eyes, draw a tiny nose for our kitten. From the spout down draw a small vertical line, from it to the sides with an upward slope - two horizontal lines. In the lower part of the rectangle draw paws. On the bottom line draw 4 semicircles: two small and two slightly larger.

5. Outline the drawing with a bold line in pencil. From the spout draw antennae on 3 lines on each side. On the paws draw claws. On the right side of the paw in the form of a leaf draw the tail of the cat. Finish the work by applying a light shadow on the figure.
