Applique House

Very bright and positive layered applique in the form of a house.
You can create a whole magical village in this technique.

For the job, we'll need:

[INDENT]a set of colored paper and cardboard;
scissors - simple and shaped;
glue;
ruler;
pencil[/INDENT]

Cut off some of the white cardboard to give it a less elongated shape.

Choose the lightest shade of green or blue tone for the "far", main hill.

Glue on white cardboard, but not to the end, leave the edges free, so as not to lose volume and be able to fit the details more carefully.

Start cutting out the rest of the hills. Don't forget that the colors should alternate - dark colors should be interspersed with light ones. Do not glue anything yet, but just lay out on the surface of the sheet.

Draw a silhouette of a tree on the back of brown cardboard or paper.

The base of the house is simple squares. You can use corrugated cardboard for a beautiful texture.

Make the roof for our house. Cut strips about 1.5-2 cm wide, cut out "tiles". Adjust it to the size of the house. For the second house you can make an ordinary roof.

Lay out all the parts on the sheet, roughly distributing what and where to glue.

Cut out the crown for the tree in the form of colorful clouds using a pair of scissors. You can also cut with simple scissors, making smooth curves when cutting.

Start gluing the hills from the corners. Don't forget to leave the edges of the parts free.

Make windows for the houses. Glue them on the base of the applique. Leave free edges in the same way. Start gluing the roof from the bottom tier, folding the edges of the tiles for volume.

Start gluing the remaining hills. Tuck their edges under the house. Carefully trim what goes beyond the sheet.

Decorate the windows with contrasting platbands.

Glue the tree on, spreading glue only on the trunk.

Glue the crown on by dotting glue, bending off the crown pieces for volume.
