From the remnants of colored double-sided paper and absorbent cotton you can make an original craft in the form of a multicolored rainbow with air clouds.

Materials needed for a absorbent cotton and paper rainbow:
- a piece of absorbent cotton;
- colored paper or half-cardboard in all shades of the rainbow;
- stationery glue;
- scissors;
- ruler;
- pencil.
Stages of making a rainbow out of paper and absorbent cotton:

1. Before you start creating an original craft you should remember what colors are in it. Then pick up the shades, so that they as smoothly as possible pass from one color to another. For example, take red, orange and yellow. For this will be enough, but if you have a couple more shades of yellow or orange - it will enrich our rainbow.

So, take the paper that we picked up for the craft and cut out of it ribbons 12 x 2 cm.

2. Now arrange them as they will be located.
After all, in a real rainbow, the colors are always arranged just so.

3. Shorten each strip slightly. So the red strip will be the longest. And the lilac one will be the shortest.

4. Fold each strip.

5. Glue an orange strip to the red strip. Apply glue to the ends of the strip.

6. Now glue a yellow strip to the orange one.

7. Continue gluing the strips in the same way. This way we will get a ready multicolored figure.

8. Make two clouds out of small pieces of absorbent cotton. Apply stationery glue to them and glue them on the sides of the rainbow.

9. Our multicolored rainbow with clouds from handy materials is ready! You can hook it on a string and decorate your child's room or simply place it on a shelf as a decorative element.
