A kitty made of colored paper

To make a craft from colored paper in the form of such a cute cat will be easy even for a child. You can even make an exact copy of your pet tail animal, changing the yellow paper to white or black. You can also replace the drawn eyes with plastic ones.

Materials needed to make a paper cat:

Stages of making a cat from paper with your own hands:

1. To make the torso of the tail animal we need a yellow sheet of double-sided heavy paper. Take it and cut out a rectangle of the necessary size with scissors.

2. Place the cut piece with the smaller side facing down. With a simple pencil, draw two arcs from the middle of the top horizontal side to the two bottom corners.

3. Follow the pencil lines with scissors.

4. Make a small fold at the base.

5. Remove the rear excess protruding parts with scissors. From the base, draw three even strips in the middle of the torso.

6. Make cuts with scissors along the marked lines.

8. Now let's make the cat's face. To do this, cut out a grain-shaped figure and two small triangles for ears from yellow paper.

9. Glue the ears to the back of the head with stationery glue.

10. Let's make eyes. To do this, cut out two grains from a white double-sided sheet of paper.

11. With a black felt-tip pen, draw pupils on the eyes.

12. Also add other features of the face with a felt-tip pen.

13. Take colored pencils and color the face.

14. Glue the cat's head to the body.

15. Cut out the tail from the yellow paper.

16. Glue it to the bottom of the torso on the back side.

17. Color the body and tail with colored pencils.
