Do you want to age paper but don't know how to do it? It is not difficult to do it and anyone can do it. You can write letters on aged paper and send them to your friends by mail. By the way, this is a good way to remind the person with whom you have not communicated for a long time, about yourself. So to speak, send him letters from the past.

To age paper, you will need:
- black tea;
- a wide-bottomed container;
- a piece of paper;
- drying rack;
- iron.
The aged effect can be obtained in several ways, but this option is the most simple and convenient. First, you need to brew a strong tea.

Then pour it into a container prepared in advance, and then a sheet of paper should be dipped into the brew.

The intensity of the coloration of the paper and the degree of aging will depend on how long the paper has been in the tea.

After soaking the paper in the tea, it should be removed and spread out on a rack.

If you place the sheet simply on the table, the bottom surface will be less aged than the top surface, i.e. the aged effect will be less obvious. The only thing left to do is to wait for the paper to dry.

Once the paper is dry, you can iron it with an iron to get an even aged sheet.

Now it can be used as your imagination dictates.
