Sweet valentine made of paper and candies

Valentine's Day is a time when you want to surprise your loved one in a special way.

The proposed master class will tell you how to make with your own hands a simple, but very original gift for Valentine's Day.

To create a sweet heart you will need:

[INDENT]- colored cardboard;
- scissors;
- ruler;
- stationery glue;
- candy.[/INDENT]

Procedure:

1. Cut two equal strips of colored cardboard. From 1 cm from the edge, make small transverse cuts on each strip (to the middle), with which to connect the parts. The result is a sharp-angled base of the future heart.

2. Make similar cuts on the opposite ends of the strips, about a third of the total length of the piece from the edge. Then, at a distance of 1 cm, curve the ends outward. The result should be a kind of "tongues", which will be attached to the inside of the product and provide the heart with the correct shape.

3. Fold the free ends of the pieces inwards and join them together using the cuts described in step 2. Glue the "tongue" ends to the inside of the piece. The result is a heart with three sections.

4. To prevent the candies from falling out, you should make a kind of holders for them. To do this, cut out a strip of cardboard, the length of which should be slightly less than the length of the previous parts for the heart. The resulting element should be bent in four places, folded in the form of a rhombus of two triangles and inserted into the section of the product. You will need three of these rhombuses to fill three sections.

5. Place the candy in the product. Because of the special shape of the holes, it is recommended to use semicircular or cone-shaped candies.
