How to make a simple Christmas tree out of paper

The New Year's holiday means beads, snowflakes, tinsel and, of course, a Christmas tree. We will make it with our own hands, folding it out of ordinary paper. It will take about eight minutes. The main thing is to understand what and how to do. The next Christmas tree will turn out much faster.

You will need the most common office supplies: 1 sheet of white paper and small scissors.

Fold the paper so that you end up with a square by cutting off the excess.

You get a square piece folded into a triangle. Fold it in half.

Then fold it in half again.

The square will be "drawn" like this.

Fold the sheet along the lines, tucking the sides inside.

You get a shape that resembles a rhombus.

Fold the sides to the center.

Now spread them out.

Tuck the corners in.

If done correctly, there will be four ribs on each side.

Cut off the bottom part evenly. It should be a triangle.

Shape the branches. Make cuts on the outer sides of the triangular blank at a distance of 1.3 cm from each other. The cuts should end at a distance of 0.3-0.4 mm from the center line

Fold the edge of each "branch" inward.

Spread all the branches. The "snowy" Christmas tree is ready. It is small, so it will look beautiful on a desk or windowsill.
